Also, don't be afraid to ask fellow Elftowners questions if you ever need specific advice or info. Most folks will likely take a few moments to help out as long as you ask nicely. Just be sure to give them plenty of time to respond.

I love getting messages and responding to them, but I have a tendency to get so involved with projects and tasks, that I just don't get a chance to get to responding as quickly as I'd like. I have a couple of friends that will leave me a guestbook message to get my attention, if they can't get my attention with regular messages or through MSN, because there I'm usually set at 'appear offline'. ;P

And then, some people message you with things that make you sit back and mull things over before you respond. Today one of my drawings was deleted because it was deemed copied. I made it and it was my little rant against all that "my house is protected by"-stuff. And I encouraged ppl to copy it if they felt the same.
I miss the Elftown I joined a few years ago. The Elftown where ppl could get along and did not need to show off their powers but would have a conversation with you if you seemed to have broken the rules.

Really stealing art is totally wrong. But using a (non copyrighted) image fron the net (and not from an art website by the way) and encorporating it in your own creation shouldn't be wrong in my opinion.
